CNC Control Upgrades for DAC

Machines in Motion has successfully completed several Control upgrades to the DAC precision lens lathe.

  1. Removed the old control electronics, display, and servo motors.
  2. Installed new Centroid CNC Control inside your current enclosure.
  3. Mount and couple each servo motor directly to the ball secrew.
  4. The original operator buttons are retained. Spindle speed control, axis limits and blow-off devices integrated into the new system.
  5. Custom CNC software provides simplified lens programming via on-screen prompts.

Machines in Motion Inc. handles everything on-site.
